SAFE-CITIES will participate in the first webinar of the Securing Public & Worship Spaces series, taking place on February 12. The event, hosted by the EU-funded SPIRIT EU project, will focus on Innovation, Preparedness, and Sustainability in security strategies.

Representing SAFE-CITIES at this key event will be Umberto Battista, SAFE-CITIES Coordinator, who will join experts from the SHRINEs Project, SPIRIT, and SAFE-CITIES to discuss frameworks and solutions for:

  • Early threat detection
  • Secure event management
  • Culturally sensitive protective strategies
